Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

Other requirements
We will be selecting and interviewing candidates who meet the role criteria as they apply and will recruit after a successful interview which may be before the closing date. Some supervision of children will be outside which can be cold and wet. Time with teacher can be difficult to achieve during school day so some work outside normal hours expected (checking emails and understanding plans). Children come from a variety of backgrounds and can have many challenges they are facing. Being able to adapt support to meet the child’s need is essential. You will be responsible for your travel expenses to and from your place of work. Therefore, you must have the means to get to your place of work on a daily basis. The working week is 8.45am to 3:15 pm with a half hour lunch break during this time you will receive in house training whilst working and this training, together with the additional paid hours each week (4) will form the 20% off the job training.
