Experience Preferably qualified by apprenticeship or to C&G/ONC level. Proven experience in a similar role with an M&E contractor or within the M&E division of a main contractor. Demonstrated ability to estimate costs and timescales accurately to meet deadlines. Job Responsibilities Review and analyse tender documents, including raising RFIs with clients. Perform take-offs in line with standard estimating conventions. Correspond with the supply chain and manage enquiries. Vet incoming tenders/offers from the supply chain to ensure the most viable options are included in submissions. Present costing approaches, project durations, and risks at tender adjudication meetings. Prepare tenders for internal adjudications. Submit tenders in a timely manner. Participate in project handovers to the operations team.
