Working alongside the Organisational Development and Learning Advisors, as someone who is organised, motivated and creative you will play a key role in developing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development initiatives in response to operational and strategic business needs.
Your knowledge and skills in all aspects of the learning and development cycle along with familiarity with digital learning including eLearning platforms will enable you provide advice and guidance to managers, employees, customers, and stakeholders on the full range of learning and development programmes and activities.
You will be working collaboratively with colleagues and external contacts to co-design, develop and deliver effective learning solutions, keeping abreast of development within the learning and development field and co-design/develop/deliver effective learning solutions.
