An outstanding 3-form entry primary school based in Camden are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join their team for this academic year.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of students. In this role your time would be split between a child in year 5 and 2 children in a reception class. Your responsibilities will include providing one-on-one support for students with SEN, help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment, and assisting the class teacher with various tasks.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience working with primary-aged students and a good understanding of SEN. You should possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to build effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
