You will be joining our friendly, welcoming and supportive Community Mental Health Team based in Cannock to support our busy reception and admin teams within our Community Mental Health Services and you may be expected to work in both Cannock and Stafford on a rotational basis so will need to be able to travel across the patch.

For this role you will ideally hold an NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualification/experience, however this is not essential. Main duties of the job
To be successful in this role you will be required be a highly organised, professional and adaptable administrator and an excellent communicator with a high level of written and spoken English and proficient in using systems however, training will be provided.
This Admin/Receptionist role offers wide variety of daily tasks including:
Handling a large number of incoming calls, which can be challenging, distressing and of a sensitive nature.
Communication skills are vital, along with the ability to prioritise work and produce quality documents in a very busy environment.
Welcoming service users and their family or carers into the service on arrival.
Producing both standard, bespoke or dictated letters via RiO (our clinical record system)
Completing a wide range of admin tasks from an electronic work flow inbox
Scanning, uploading and copying.
Room bookings via outlook room calendars & our bespoke booking system.
Training and personal development are important to us and 1-to-1 supervision and appraisals with the Admin Team Leader are ongoing.
