* Oversee daily IT operations, troubleshoot issues, and manage software/hardware maintenance.
* Coordinate with external vendors and lead IT projects.
* Ensure cybersecurity measures, conduct regular audits, and develop disaster recovery plans.
* Document technical procedures, manage IT assets, and provide training to staff.
* Contribute to strategic IT development, including new office setups and budget planning.
* Enhance our online presence and stay current with technology trends.
* Proven IT management experience and relevant qualifications.
* Proficiency in Microsoft, iOS, and Android operating systems.
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
* Motivation to drive excellence and innovation in IT operations.
* Full UK driving license.
Desirable Qualifications:
* ITIL, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSD, MCSE).
* Experience with engineering design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
