Residential Recruitment are currently seeking qualified staff for a residential children's home in need of a Senior Residential Support Worker.
This role is to work in a home for children and young people with emotional & behavioural difficulties.

Responsibilities:
A successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a previous track record of positive outcomes for the young people you've previously worked with, in addition to demonstrating a continued constructive level of support to colleagues and others around you to help get the best out of the team at all times. Being able to work from initiative is important to showing strong leadership in a Senior role.
Salary and Benefits:
* Up to £28,000 annual salary plus sleep ins

Minimum Requirements:
* Level 3 Residential Child Care required (Or equivalent)
* Full UK Driving Licence (required)
