Position description Sourcing/Program Finance Status Lead the Team of four meetings with Finance, Cost Estimating, Commodity- and Program Purchasing Provide the engineering perspective for supplier selection by purchase Prepare the Engineering Statement of Work (ESOW), the specifications, the Engineering concept, and Attachment 3 as input to the RFQ pack. Provide input to the ASAP tool and support cost negotiations between Purchasing and Suppliers. Adhere to the GPDS process and related program timings & document deliverables. Lead appropriate Antenna PMST, support other PMSTs and interfacing activities and represent in PMT Support Program Reviews Requirements Management (Specification, FSMS, Part Verification/Validation, Deviation) Ensure compliance to all applicable requirements Support Global Core teams with initiatives from Benchmarking events Agile software delivery of software collaborated with in-house/external suppliers for IVI and DI parts. Manage the Supplier for the development of Antennas and/or associated interfaces, support the application into Vehicle Programs, and ensure support for Program Launch. Skills required Competent in engineering tools such as CANalyser/Diagnostics/CaNoe/ADB/WinSCP Competent using office applications such as Excel, outlook, project and word Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to demonstrate use of initiative, perseverance and liaison skills Education/Experience required Excellent analytical and strategic skills.
