New practice owners Dr Greg Clark and Abi Burgoyne are looking for an experienced vet to join their expanding team of 2 Vets, 2 RVNs, SVN, VCA and 3 Receptionists. Greg qualified in 1999 from Bristol University, has a strong interest in dental surgery, ophthalmology and challenging soft tissue surgery and Abi is a qualified Veterinary nurse since 2013. She is also qualified in Veterinary Nursing education and loves helping the next generation of nurses to succeed. Her main interests are emergency, critical care and working with all the furry patients and lovely clients to help them feel better. Our bright, air-conditioned surgery is purpose built to industry leading standards and has state of the art equipment. We have built an excellent reputation locally and see a varied caseload from our loyal client base. For a tour of our practice, please click We are looking for a motivated, experienced vet who wants to have a real input in the practice and help us stay at the forefront of clinical thinking while maintaining our ethos of putting pets first. The right candidate must have good surgical and medical skills, some experience in emergency surgery, and also be an excellent communicator. We will offer you the opportunity to gain a wide range of all-round responsibilities in the practice, including sole charge, so you must be confident in routine surgery and consultations. This is a part time role, 20-25 hours per week, including 1 in 4 weekends, with occasional sole charge, but no OOH.
