Head of Product - Influencer/Talent Brands
Location: East London (Office-Based)
Salary: Up to £90k + Bonus
Have you partnered with influencers and celebrities to develop a product range or merchandise that enhances their brand and connects with their target audience?
This role requires an experienced product lead who can take a product from ideation to launch, ideally from a start-up/entrepreneurial environment with modest budgets and small teams.
We are seeking a Head of Product to partner with our core brands and internal celebrity hosts. You will establish a comprehensive range of influencer-led products and merchandise, driving ideation, development, production, and monetization strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaboration with Influencers: Work closely with brand hosts (influencers) to identify and capitalize on product launch and development opportunities.
* Innovative Merchandise Development: Lead the ideation and creation of merchandise that resonates with diverse audience segments.
* Product Methodology Creation: Build the foundations for a scalable product engine that serves as a key monetization driver across our talent slate.
* Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with brand values from concept to launch.
* Operational Excellence: Develop and implement a robust resourcing plan to effectively scale the product function.
* Monetization Strategies: Create and implement strategies to maximize revenue across all product lines.
* Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and consumer feedback to refine and enhance product offerings.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing and sales teams to effectively promote product launches.
* Performance Accountability: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience building both physical and digital products from the ground up, ideally in the media, content, or entertainment sectors.
* Track record of successfully launching multiple products in parallel, catering to diverse audiences and brands.
* Strong understanding of influencer marketing and trends in consumer products.
* Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives across varying demographics.
* Creative thinker with a passion for crafting compelling product experiences.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
