Responsibilities
We have four clinical directorates to ensure the effective running of our services. Each directorate is led by a Clinical Director who provides clinical leadership and an Associate Director responsible for its management. Our four directorates are:
* Stoke Community
* North Staffs Community
* Acute and Urgent
* Specialist
We are moving to more integrated services across North Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent, supporting a new alliance of health and care providers including mental health, primary care, community services, acute services, social care and voluntary sector.

Job Overview
North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare are looking to recruit a Band 6 Dietitian to work in the Specialist Adult Eating Disorder Service. You will provide a specialist dietetic assessment of patients with diverse clinical presentation and pathology to determine a clinical diagnosis and provide treatment via therapeutic interventions as indicated and develop effective treatment plans.

Detailed Job Description And Main Responsibilities
To identify and carry out Clinic reviews and Home Visits in accordance with Trust and Professional standards and to assess patient condition and suitability for discharge and where appropriate supervise dietitians and dietetic assistants in this tasks.
To implement monitoring and evaluation of treatment in order to measure progress and outcomes to ensure effectiveness of interventions and service delivery.
To be professionally and legally accountable for all aspects of own work and that of supervised dietitians and assistants, and hold responsibility for own caseload for a specialist area of the service, working without direct supervision.
To develop robust effective communication with all CWP staff and other relevant agencies i.e. GPs and other medical staff, nursing staff, social care staff, carers and users etc. and support junior and assistant staff to communicate effectively.
