We have a rare and exciting opportunity available for a new people leader to join our business!

We are growing as a business, with at least 2 new openings planned this year. As a result, we are looking to build our internal network of strong leaders to either manage one of our existing restaurants or take over a brand new site!
Are you a hands-on people leader waiting for your opportunity to grow your career, where you’ll get to take full performance ownership of your branch and team?
Our Branch Managers are tasked with running efficient operations, commercial performance and above all, strong team leadership.
You’ll complete varied activities ranging from cleaning toilets to creating a sales growth plan for your branch.
We are a “walk-in” only business; we don’t need bookings to fill our restaurants!
We expect our managers of all levels to roll up their sleeves and lead from the front. You’ll be getting fully involved in the day-to-day operations of your branch from hosting guests coming through the door to taking orders.

Minimum Requirements:
• At least 2 years working in a leadership role in a customer-facing environment
• You’ve worked in hospitality for 2 years or more
It would be even better (but not essential) if:
• You have at least 2 years experience at Restaurant General Manager level in a table service restaurant or cafe
