Job responsibilities
The successful candidate will deliver renal technical support both in-centre and across our network. The role is diverse, engaging, and challenging, with opportunities available to improve skills and knowledge while working with one of the best multidisciplinary teams. We are looking for a solution-focused team player to join our team. The department actively supports technical and personal development via external technical training courses and Trust training avenues, including Continuous Professional Development opportunities.
The successful candidates will possess good technical skills, be comfortable working as part of a team, and be excellent communicators, working closely with other teams within MEM. They will possess good organisational skills and be able to manage multiple workstreams and changing priorities while providing feedback and updates to senior staff. They will be working directly with clinical staff, maintaining a professional relationship while undertaking their tasks.
