About the Role:
This front-line position is crucial in ensuring an outstanding experience for each of our guests. It’s a dynamic role where every day is different, full of opportunities to connect with others.
Key Responsibilities:
* Communicate with patients about treatment options, courses of care, and pricing
* Coordinate and manage appointment scheduling
* Host informative events on Chiropractic and Disc Care
* Offer empathetic listening and support, making our guests feel at home
* Turn guest complaints into positive experiences through skilled conflict management
* Organize and update guest records, assisting our Chiropractic, Disc, and Massage teams
Position Details:
* Hours: 26 hours + per week, with some early starts, evening finishes, and alternate Saturdays (flexibility is essential)
* Centre Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am–7:15 pm, Saturday, 7:30 am–2:00 pm (with possible extension to 4:00 pm)

Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven experience in customer service and sales
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in IT systems and software
* Previous experience in a healthcare or medical setting is a plus
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
