My contractor client is hiring an experienced CAD Technician to join their team in Wetherby, focusing on BIM and M&E detailing for healthcare, care homes, and pool projects. This is an urgent role with an immediate start, and we are looking for someone who can jump straight in and work on exciting projects across the full project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Produce detailed designs and technical drawings using CAD and Revit. Ensure all designs comply with BIM standards and meet project requirements. Work closely with subcontractors and the wider project team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of designs. Focus on M&E detailing with experience in healthcare, care homes, and pool projects being highly advantageous. Contribute to the full lifecycle of projects, from initial design through to completion. Requirements: Proven experience with CAD and Revit. Familiarity with BIM and a strong understanding of construction and M&E detailing. Experience working on healthcare, care home, and pool projects is ideal. Ability to collaborate with subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
