You will do this by providing a high-quality administration and support to the wider team. Responsibilities To provide a professional and friendly service to all stakeholders and colleagues Accurately maintain and organise company records Check and process all transactions ensuring they are compliant. Keep an up-to-date record of information for clients and management Ensure that data is accurate and complete. Provide high quality administrative assistance to the Manager and wider team Key Skills At least 2 years of administrative experience Previous experience of working in a regulated environment desirable A positive, friendly service orientated team player with a "can do" attitude who is aware of the important role played by advisers and their staff in providing financial advice. Fantastic attention to detail Confident user of Excel and MS office
