We are recruiting 1 individual for the position of Energy Efficiency Lead within a housing environment.
The client is a non - profit, charitable registered provider of social and affordable housing throughout Cornwall.

Leading on the delivery and coordination of the energy investment programme for the future of the property portfolio of the Social Housing provider.
reporting on any energy improvements; and managing the energy efficiency team
Contractor management and procurement to ensure works are carried out according to the specified timeline
Undertaking inspections and Retrofit Assessments on the affordable properties to determine work requirements, and ensuring that these are compliant with company standards
To act as the Retrofit Coordinator to upgrade the affordable properties
Experience and qualifications in Retro fit and Domestic Energy Assessments
Experience and qualifications in Building Surveying, Retrofit or equivalent
A full driving licence
Experience in advising on energy efficiency
