Description: Lelei Beauty Spa is looking for an experienced Beauty Therapist with expertise in nails and eyelash extensions. Proficiency in delivering Vietnamese Head Spa treatments is essential. Experience in eyebrow enhancement will be considered a valuable bonus. We can offer you great opportunities and benefits with training and promotion as we are always busy and keep expanding.
Responsibilities:
* Treat client nails, including applying polish, manicures, pedicures, and extension nails.
* Give hand, foot, and head massages.
* Recommend colours and designs based on each customer’s style.
* Able to design and perform nail art.
* Familiar with using E-filling machine.
* Giving foot, hand, head, and full body massage.
* Build rapport and establish positive working relationships with all clients. Maintain professional and presentable dress.
* Provide information about the Salon & Spa and its services, treatments, and concepts as well as pricing, as requested.
* Communicate with clients about proper nail care tips and up-sell treatments and beauty products when appropriate.
* Handle guest questions and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
* Maintain inventory and a clean workspace, and follow all health and safety regulations.
Requirements and Skills:
* 3 years work experience required.
* Flexible to work with a rotating roster (9:30am – 6:00pm) from Monday to Saturday and public holidays.
* Be efficient and calm under pressure and be willing to give direction and take instructions.
* Expertise in basic and advanced nail techniques, including French manicures, gel manicures, and SNS Dipping Powder, Acrylic nails.
* Experience in customer service.
* Proficiency in delivering Vietnamese Head Spa treatments is essential.
* Experience in eyebrow enhancement will be considered a valuable bonus.
