PURPOSE OF POSITION The role of Community Engagement manager will be pivotal to the growth of the Radfield Home Care brand. To do this, you will embody our family-focused, values driven company culture and focus on partnering with individuals that share a similar ethos and a passion for creating a high-quality care service. Based in our (Insert name) Office, you will undertake marketing and public relations activity both in the Community and digitally to promote our services to prospective clients, prospective care professionals and community partners. It is essential that you are a natural communicator digitally, face-to-face and through written language. This role ideally requires a solid understanding of the home care sector and a proactive approach to networking, social media, recruitment & selection and you will work closely with operational management in regards to ensuring that there is a high volume of excellent quality clients and candidates in the pipeline in order to assist the branch to meet growth targets across all services PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for increasing brand awareness within the territory area Promote a positive image and protect the good reputation of the Radfield Home Care brand all times. Create email marketing campaigns and newsletters, press releases, surveys and analysis Complete the marketing plan to demonstrate the success of marketing / networking campaigns & events including ROI Attend local networking events Attend local community events and promote the Radfield Home Care brand Build working relationships with local social professional teams such as; Hospital discharge teams, ward managers, social workers, district nurses, GP practices, social prescribing teams and OT teams Identify and engage with potential community partners Conversion of potential community partners to support RHC community engagement Create, plan & host events that will lead to engagement with community partners, clients and potential care professionals Identify opportunities for articles and blog content Maintain & Improve sector and professional knowledge Any other duties that may be deemed relevant to your role SKILLS & EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS: Essential: Sound knowledge of the care sector Able to form relationships & quickly establish common ground Able to communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and in writing Be an enthusiastic people person who can motivate others Professional manner and appearance Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish Able to self motivate and work in a self-directed way Experience in using social media platforms for business promotion Full driving licence and use of own car Desirable: Previous experience of working in the Care / Home care sector Experience using design / CRM software PROBATIONARY PERIOD: The Community Engagement Manager will undergo a probationary period for the first three months of their employment. This is a time in which the community engagement manager can determine whether the role is suitable for them and Radfield Home Care will assess whether the community engagement manager is meeting the standards required and is demonstrating the correct approach and skill set for the role. Probation may be extended which is at the discretion of the directors. HOLIDAYS: The Community Engagement Manager is entitled to the statutory paid holiday allocation per annum. Additional unpaid leave is strictly at the director’s discretion.
