ROLE: ADMINISTRATOR
CONTRACT: Fixed Term (Wed – Thurs 8.30am – 5pm & Fri 8.30am – 3.45pm)
DIVISION: Central
LOCATION: Hillsborough, Northern Ireland

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Administrator who will be key in providing dedicated administrative support in our Hillsborough office, across two or three full working days.
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will have excellent administrative and IT skills along with the ability to multi-task in a quick paced environment. It is essential that you are a great communicator and have exemplary organisational skills.
The Administrator shall:
1. Assist with the development and maintenance of filing and administrative systems operating in the Construction department to include the collation of materials, as required.
2. Assist with production of reports and documents to an acceptable standard, as required.
3. Deal with incoming post and the preparation of outgoing mail.
4. Book and record travel arrangements for the teams based at our Hillsborough Office.
5. Provide sites with Pre-printed Stationery Books such as On Hire/Off Hire Books; Please Receive Books; Local Purchase Order Books and record the numbering and allocation of site details and user details for Accounts team.
6. Provide sites with Pre-paid Postage Return Labels, as and when required.
7. Relief Receptionist/Switchboard Operator.
8. Take and record messages accurately.
9. Undertake overall responsibility for the Hillsborough Office Archiving Records;-Register on-line collections.
-Prepare documents for removal to/from off-site location.
-Coordinate disposal of documents which are past their contractual destroy date.
-Reconcile invoice.
