Job Description
We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team and work closely with the Director of Business Development, Operations, and Organisational Enablement to identify growth opportunities and develop business partnerships across various sectors. This role will also contribute to the development of high-impact solutions aligned with EACH’s 2024-2028 Strategy, maximising long-term profitability.

Key responsibilities include:
* Researching and analysing emerging opportunities to inform strategy and drive growth.
* Collaborating with the Strategy, Growth, and Transformation (SGT) directorates to develop profit-for-purpose business opportunities.
* Managing and coordinating tender and grant activities, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
* Supporting mergers and acquisitions processes, including planning, due diligence, and coordination.
* Contributing to regular communications and reporting, including monthly KPIs and quarterly board updates.

You will have:
* Experience leading and contributing to complex tenders in the health and community sector.
* Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
* Proven ability to communicate with and influence senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field
