You are tasked with developing and maintaining a library of standard bid content, templates, and best practices including policies, clauses, awards, accreditations, and other relevant information to be used in the bids process.
You are comfortable editing and proofreading documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements, quality standards and brand guidelines.

A marketing mindset is the most important content to us.
Without a doubt this role has a status and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our business.
In terms of location and hybrid working. You are comfortable working in an office, meeting our colleagues across the offices located in Merseyside (Liverpool and Southport) and Lancashire (Preston, Lytham, Blackburn). This is a hybrid role, not a remote role. We have an appreciation that spending time with our colleagues is valuable. If you live close to the Preston office, you can spend time working from our head office and a day or two in Liverpool. If you live closer to our Liverpool office, you can spend time working from the plaza building and meet up in Preston with the wider team, approximately once a week. Both offices are central locations within walking distance of train and bus stations.
