Title: Offer Manager/Operations 360 & Managed Services Location: Dundee, United Kingdom Position Summary As part of the Services Product & Offer Management team, the Offer Manager will play a key role in working with our hardware and software product management colleagues to enhances our products to support the delivery of services and continue advancing our evolution ITIL. The Services Product portfolio includes three key elements the Offer Manager is responsible for: - Visualization and dashboards through our Operations 360 portal supporting our ATM-as-a-Service, Managed Services and Hardware Maintenance customers - ATM Monitoring, Incident Management and Service Desk providing customers 24x7 incident detection and issue management, and - Refine our approach to APIs for the Banking Services organization, including the monetization strategy Key Areas of Responsibilities In addition to the items identified above, key responsibilities include: - Visualization and dashboards through our Operations 360 portal supporting our ATM-as-a-Service, Managed Services and Hardware Maintenance customers - ATM Monitoring, Incident Management and Service Desk providing customers 24x7 incident detection and issue management, and - Migrating legacy tools to Operations 360 - Creating business cases for product investments and secure internal and external stakeholder buy-in - Developing user stories and tracking the development and release progress through to customer and/or internal availability - Manage the products through the product release process including operations, procurement and training - Perform audits of the market to validate the direction of your product line and recommend investment prioritization Qualifications - 5 years' experience in Product Management - Knowledge of APIs, portal technologies, Service Now an asset. - Experience with Lean/Agile development methodologies - Solid technical background with hands-on experience in software and services - Effective communicator and presenter across technical and business audiences. - Familiarity with ITIL and IT services management processes and best practices - Ability to navigate complex, matrix-shaped organizations and be persuasive and caring with a wide range of diverse, cross-cultural audiences. - This position may require up to 10% travel in Europe, North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific LI-KM1 Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.
