We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join the team at Bolton's dealership.
The role of Service Advisor is the public face of the aftersales department, providing a working relationship between service customers and the workshop department, and delivering excellent customer service at all times.
Responsibilities:
1. Dealing with necessary paperwork
2. Preserving a high level of housekeeping at all times
3. Maintaining communication with the customer whilst their vehicle is being serviced/repaired
4. Processing payments and follow-up actions
What we are looking for:
1. Experience in the motor industry and/or service advisor role
2. No specific qualifications needed
3. A good level of computer literacy
4. Someone who has a passion to make things work – keep moving forward to reach the finish line every day
5. Ability to work under pressure
What will I get in return?
1. A salary of between £25,500 and £27,000 basic (based on experience) and up to a very realistic and uncapped £32,000 OTE per year
