About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially 5.
* Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in line with the national curriculum and school standards.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can achieve their potential.
* Assess, track, and provide feedback on student progress and development.
* Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the continuous improvement of the department.
* Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices.

Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
