Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Car Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling New and Used vehicles, providing excellent customer service, and helping clients make informed purchasing decisions. You will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting monthly targets and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.
Advise customers on available vehicle options, including features, pricing, financing, and after-sales services.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations, including test drives, to showcase the benefits and capabilities of the cars.
Negotiate prices, financing terms, and trade-in options, ensuring both customer satisfaction and profitability.
Follow up on leads, respond to customer inquiries, and maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and assistance.
Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Process sales paperwork, including contracts, trade-in appraisals, and financing applications.
Participate in promotional events, sales campaigns, and marketing activities.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in automotive sales
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
Goal-oriented and driven to meet sales targets.
A valid driver’s license is required.
A passion for cars and a strong interest in the automotive industry.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
