Team Leader (Complex)

Salary: A£14 per hour

The Role
As a Team Leader (Complex), it will be your duty to oversee the day-to-day running of the service. This will include supporting the staff team and the people supported.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Have obtained a NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or are willing to work towards this qualification.
2. Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in supported living.
3. Can drive a manual car.
4. Ideally has experience of supporting people with complex challenging behaviour, autism, and ADHD.
There may be a requirement to cover sleep-in sessions. You will be paid an additional A£60 per sleep-in.
As a Team Leader, you will be required to be part of the On Call rota for the service. You will be paid an additional A£10 per session.
