The Role
As a Dotnet Support Analyst, you will provide L2 technical support for .Net based applications. In this role you will investigate, analyse and resolve technical issues. You will also provide root cause analysis and recommendations for improvements. You will work to create and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge based articles and troubleshooting guidelines.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide L2 technical support for .Net based applications.
* Investigate, analyse and resolve technical issues.
* Create and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guidelines.
* Collaborate with cross functional teams (including development, QA and operations) to ensure seamless issue resolution and knowledge sharing.
* Identify and implement process improvement to increase efficiency.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
* Experience in .Net support project.
* Good experience as a .Net L2 support analyst.
* Basic knowledge in .Net Core and .Net Framework.
* Basic knowledges of languages and technologies of the C#, SQL, MS Access, Crystal report.
* Strong domain knowledge in Manufacturing Industry/Automative/Aerospace Industry.
* Experience working with Agile methodologies.
* Experience in languages and technologies of the SQL, MS Access, JavaScript, JS UI frameworks React JS or Vue.js.
* Familiarity with GitHub or GitLab, Cloud architecture patterns, and object-oriented design patterns.
* Experience in managing Software Development life cycle from planning and prioritizing to testing and release.
* Experience in end-to-end stages of development life cycle.
* Experience in supporting and testing .Net applications.
* Good Communication Skills & Team Skills.
* Know how to determine and work with strong subject matter experts and organise the work.
* Familiarity with Agile development methodology.
* Experience with SQL Server, Oracle or other databases.
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
Fluent in Spanish, German or French.
