As a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical), you'll work with the General Manager to develop strategies and achieve goals. You'll lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure residents enjoy the best possible quality of life.
To join us, you'll need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration, a teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification, and previous experience in a nursing home setting. You'll also need evidence of continual professional development, experience in helping residents with different health needs, and a successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
