Sitting at the heart of our sales engine, this role will see you playing a key strategic role in understanding and influencing the performance of our Sales function. With access to a range of financial and operational systems, you will work to develop data structures and outputs that help inform strategic and tactical decisions around our forecast, pipeline, process and people. In addition to building and producing insightful data, this role will see you working with key stakeholders from across the business to build a deep understanding of data requirements, and using output to challenge decision-making and drive strategic programmes. You will go beyond serving up data, and drive programmes of work which support the continued development of our sales organisation. A role with the scope for driving real influence, we’re seeking an individual interested in creating impactful data views, and using that output to drive measurable change across our teams. What you will do Design, develop and provide data insights on performance and productivity of our sales function Design, develop and provide detailed modelling of budgets, including our pipeline, bookings, performance by product line, business unit, division.
