Key Responsibilities - Energy Sales Consultant Working within an outbound sales environment, engaging in proactive prospecting for business through outbound B2B sales calls. Initiating connections with key decision-makers to grasp their business energy needs. Delivering personalised solutions and top-tier services (energy as a service) aimed at enhancing customer efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Securing customer interest and obtaining copies of their bills for further analysis. Executing consultations, negotiations, and closures of energy contracts. Cultivating enduring, trust-based relationships with clients to optimise future business opportunities. Attaining daily/weekly/monthly KPI targets in alignment with objectives such as call volume, duration, and financial goals. Skills and Experience - Energy Sales Consultant Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Competent in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth (KPI: Revenue). A results-driven attitude with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. Self-motivation and a willingness to learn and grow within the company. Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales is essential.
