Main duties of the job Frenchay Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre, part of the Active Care Group, is a modern independent hospital providing an inpatient Level 1 intensive brain injury rehabilitation service (29 NHS England funded beds) for the South West of England and a further 23 slower-stream neuro-rehabilitation beds (Level 2). Both services are managed in partnership with North Bristol NHS Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic and supportive team and develop your skills in neurorehabilitation. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of patients with complex needs following an acute neurological event such as traumatic and acquired brain injury, or other neurological conditions. You will ideally have clinical experience in the assessment and management of patients experiencing cognitive and physical impairments and subsequent difficulties in function.
