Key Responsibilities:
* Write and edit technical blogs, whitepapers, case studies, website content, landing pages, and product documentation for IT services.
* Develop clear, concise, and engaging technical documentation, user guides, and FAQs for software products.
* Create SEO-friendly content optimized for search engines and targeted keywords.
* Research and stay updated on emerging IT trends, technologies, and industry developments.
* Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure accurate and impactful content.
* Write compelling marketing copies, email newsletters, and social media posts related to IT solutions.
* Maintain consistency in tone, style, and brand voice across all content pieces.
* Proofread and edit content to ensure grammatical accuracy and technical clarity.
* Develop content strategies for thought leadership and lead generation in the IT industry.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in technical content writing for an IT company.
* Strong understanding of IT services, software development, cloud computing, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and SaaS-based solutions.
* Excellent English writing and communication skills.
* Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization.
* Familiarity with technical documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, DITA, MadCap Flare) is a plus.
* Experience in using AI-powered content tools, Grammarly, Hemingway Editor, or similar writing platforms.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
