Paint Preparation Technician
£22 per hour, paid weekly
Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (some flexibility)
Slough
This is not for an Accident body repair shop.
Responsibilities:
1. Skilfully undertake all preparation & repainting of cars & other vehicles
2. Complete all jobs within the allotted times
3. Communicate with internal departments, suppliers & customers
Position Details:
This is initially an ongoing temporary position but could mature into a permanent job for committed, enthusiastic people.

Required Experience & Characteristics:
1. Proven background working to high standards preparing panels & vehicle parts for paint application
2. Fibreglass experience a massive advantage
3. Good verbal communication and able to lead, motivate and train non-qualified technicians
4. Reliable & conscientious
5. Courteous, polite & professional
