An established and growing MSP is seeking an experienced L2/L3 IT Support Engineer to provide expert technical support and solutions for external customers. This role is perfect for a customer-focused IT professional who enjoys solving complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide 2nd & 3rd line IT support, including troubleshooting, system monitoring, and maintenance.
* Deliver on-site and remote support to customers.
* Manage Windows Server (2012/16/19), Windows 11, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, VPNs, SharePoint, and Office 365.
* Handle networking, IT security, backup solutions, and malware filtering.
* Design, evaluate, and implement IT solutions for customers.
Requirements
* At least three years of IT support experience (MSP experience essential).
* Strong technical expertise in Microsoft environments and networking.
* Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
* Full UK drivers license (on-site support required).
