HR Business Partner, 12 Month FTC, £85k, Wealth Management, Hybrid working (2-3 days a week in the office, Bank)
Your new company
Working for a Wealth Management firm in London with 500 headcount, and £18bn AUM. This FTC is due to maternity leave, and a high workload due to organisational change. You'll be part of an HR team with centre of excellences. Aligned to senior leaders in the business, you'll be supporting on change management, talent mapping, employee relations and various HR annual projects.
Your new role
1. Employee relations - Lead on employee relations cases- supporting management team. Provide policy and procedure advice, whilst mitigating future risk.
2. Change management - Support Firm wide change programmes, provide training and communication.
3. Employee engagement - Promote companies' values, support on programmes such as employee engagement survey, ED&I.
4. Strategic planning - Support with strategic plans by operationally working with the business on programmes such as talent mapping & succession planning.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to be an HR specialist, operating at HRBP/Senior level, having supported senior leaders within a financial services environment.
1. Ideally, recent background in a Wealth or Asset Management reporting into HRD or CPO.
2. Experience of resolving senior employee relations cases.
3. UK Employee Law knowledge needed.
4. Excellent written and verbal communications.
