Proposals Coordinator

Are you a Proposals/Bid Coordinator with experience working for leading contractors in the Construction Industry? If so, we have the perfect role for you! Our client is looking for somebody to assist the Bid Manager in the production of proposals and Bids.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support in the production of proposals and bids, ensuring successful completion and submission.
• Fully produce pre-qualification submissions and proposal documents, including graphics.
• Manage planning, opportunities, and pre-qualification questionnaires, storing information on SSC and document management systems.
• Research clients and consultants, prepare presentation documentation, and manage opportunity tracking.
• Liaise with PR companies, support marketing and PR events, and ensure site branding standards.
• Establish and control the proposals database, ensuring information is current and accurate.
Requirements:
• Experience in a similar position
• Proven track record of bid/proposal preparation
• Proficient in IT, in particular MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, InDesign and Photoshop.
• Excellent verbal, written and numerical skills.
