Job title: Mechanical Engineer - HVAC
Job Type: Permanent
Start date: ASAP - Subject to clearance
Duration: Permanent
Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: £47,500 - £63,100 Depending on experience
Location: Bridgwater
Hours of work: 37 hours per week
Applicants must have experience of the following:
- Relevant degree qualification or HNC in construction or HVAC
- Ability to gain security clearance
- CCNSG or MaPs Safety Passport
- Highly regulated industry experience
- Knowledge of safe systems of work
- Experience working on major construction projects
- 10+ years experience
Ideally applicants should also have:
- A relevant professional accreditation
- IOSH managing safely certificate
Role information:
- Lead the team using best practice
- Deliver on discipline specific work scopes
- Facilitate the sequencing of installations that maximises efficiency
- Ensure the project change process is adhered to
- Ensure documents are compliant and kept up to date
- Support the continuous improvement of processes and procedures
- Ensure health and safety procedures and legislation are adhered to
- Enable surveying requirements to support construction works
