This role supports a busy, fast-moving technical environment and a diverse user community across Oxfordshire, providing considerable technical and personal development in a wide range of technologies and operational/project functions.
This post operates within the Server team of the IM&T Service Delivery group, responsible for delivery, support, and administration of corporate server-based systems for approximately 18,000 users across a large number of NHS sites within Oxfordshire.
Main duties of the job
The post holder plays a major technical role within the Server team to ensure that the service level agreements are met or exceeded, and that policies, processes, and procedures within IM&T Services customer organisations are adhered to.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, experienced, and technically competent in server technologies; and the development and improvement of processes and standards.

Person Specification
Educational Background
* Degree or equivalent experience.
* GCSE 'C' grade or equivalent in English and Maths
* A combination of ICT Industry standard training and qualifications

Salary: £53,755 to £60,504 per annum pro rata
