The role
As the Director of Business Development at Kew Green, you will drive UK and European business development initiatives, focusing on Management Contracts, Joint Ventures, Direct Acquisitions, and Leases. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and serving as a key member of our Business Development Team, working alongside a further Director of Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth for the company.
This role is remote, with national and some international travel required.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop and drive the business development strategies for Kew Green.
* Drive opportunities with investment partners, commercial agents, and hotel advisors to source new business.
* Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities and trends, while assessing and reporting on the competitive landscape.
* Oversee due diligence for management contracts and joint ventures, ensuring a thorough review of legal, property, and financial elements.
* Represent Kew Green at industry events and conferences to boost brand visibility and develop a network of contacts to attract new clients.
* Coordinate project proposal tenders with senior leadership team members.
* Communicate regularly with existing partners to prioritise future opportunities.
* Manage the acquisition and disposal of assets in the Kew Green portfolio.
* Collaborate with legal and insurance advisers to review agreements and policies, safeguarding the company’s interests.
