Key Role Responsibilities Support the Revenue Manager with administrative tasks to drive revenue growth. Manage annuity business, maintaining an 80% renewal rate with customers. Qualify customer requests to ensure accuracy in quotes and project details. Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements and deadlines. Proactively drive new business by prospecting and owning the onboarding process for new customers. Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing accounts, networking to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Participate in brainstorming sessions with team members to implement growth ideas. Understand industry trends and the company’s unique services through extensive training to develop a strong go-to-market approach.
