This is a fantastic Administration role within a HR team with various duties including assisting employees, maintaining employee data, issuing HR paperwork and general departmental administration. Role profile: Support HR Managers with ad-hoc project work. Assisting employees with questions and queries. Managing HR Team inbox and responding accordingly. Working closely with the HR team, make sure all administrative and supportive duties are carried out as per company protocol and within expected timescales to ensure smooth running of the department. Essential Criteria: Prior experience within an Admin role. Experience in MS Office packages. Keeping databases up to date. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
