Our client is a PE backed B2B brand with a 200 person customer success centre in Wolverhampton. They are in an exciting period of growth following a series of acquisitions, they are market leaders in their field and within their ESG governance. They are currently looking for an Interim Customer Retention Consultant to join their team. The responsibilities for the successful Interim will include: - Quickly diagnosing the issues and identifying the opportunities to drive change and improvements in a sustainable way - Improving processes, customer retention, function structure and team competencies as immediate areas of priority - You will be a hybrid between strategy and operations, someone who can develop the plan and then execute This assignment will last for a minimum of 6 months and requires someone on site for 5 days a week.
