Digital Waffle is currently seeking a Digital Lead with experience across each facet of Digital Marketing to join our client in Birmingham.
A legacy brand, with a well-established Marketing, PR & Communications team are looking to strengthen its Digital offering. They are seeking someone to bring fresh ideas, innovative methods, and a different perspective to the table.
Based in Birmingham City Centre, this role is hybrid, requiring 4 days on-site in the office per week however on the odd occasions there could be more.
Job Title: Digital Marketing Lead
Salary: £45,000 - 50,000
Location: Birmingham City Centre

* Digital Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies aligned with business goals.
* Digital Marketing Expertise: Have a strong grasp of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
* Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to measure performance, identify trends, and optimise campaigns.
* Project Management: Oversee digital initiatives, manage timelines, and allocate resources efficiently.
* Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of digital marketing professionals.
Technical Skills:
* Digital Marketing Tools: Be proficient in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, CRM systems, and content management systems.
* Data Analysis Tools: Understand and use data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualisation software.
