About the Role We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to operate CNC machines, press brakes, and other sheet metal fabrication equipment. The successful candidate will work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure high-quality output, adherence to specifications, and efficient machine operation. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings, sketches, and work specifications. Set up and operate CNC machines, press brakes, and other metalworking equipment such as guillotines, punches, drills, and grinders. Load and unload raw materials, ensuring correct setup and tool selection for each job. Execute precise cutting, bending, shaping, and forming of sheet metal parts according to technical requirements. Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality standards, using measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Identify and correct any defects, such as misalignment, burrs, or weld inconsistencies. Maintain traceability and ensure proper documentation of inspections, test results, and production data. Ensure consumable materials and spare parts are stocked to avoid downtime. Perform basic machine maintenance and calibration per manufacturers' guidelines. Follow company safety procedures and quality standards, including ISO regulations. Contribute to process improvements and assist with training new team members. Required Skills & Experience Previous experience in CNC machining, press brake operation, or sheet metal fabrication. Ability to read and work from technical drawings and specifications. Hands-on experience with machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control. Comfortable using precision measurement tools. Flexibility to work shifts and overtime as required. Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team. Good written and verbal communication skills. Desirable Skills Experience in CAD software for pattern development. Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing). Experience in quality inspection and documentation processes.
