Job Description
The role of Tender and Contract Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end administration of designated tenders, ensuring seamless coordination with internal functions and supporting local sales teams. Key responsibilities include tracking files within customer-specific portals, collaborating with sales teams to prioritize opportunities, and utilizing available tools and templates for tender project management.
A strong candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with excellent organizational skills, ability to lead projects, and proficiency in Excel and data manipulation. Additional requirements include knowledge of Swedish and English languages, with additional Nordic languages an advantage.
