Come and meet us in person on Saturday 25th January 2025 between 9:00am and 12:30pm at the RILD Building, Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, Barrack Road, Exeter, Devon, EX2 5DW.
You will be able to chat to our Nursing and learning teams to find out more about our preceptorship programme and what it is like to work with us. We will be holding interviews and making offers on the day, and we try our best to accommodate ward/specialty preferences.

Your first year as a Registered Nurse
We know that it can feel a little daunting starting your Nursing career and that's why we've developed an outstanding preceptorship programme to help get you settled and guide you through the first year.
You'll be supported with a mentor, an induction, and supernumerary period, plus have access to professional Nurse Advocates, specially trained to provide support in clinical practice.
