Job Title: HR Administrator
Location: Ashford
Job Type: Full time/permanent, working Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00
Salary: £23500 - £24500 per annum
We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our Ashford based client, this is a great way to start a career in HR with the potential to gain a CIPD qualification.
Duties include:
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
Process payroll and benefits administration tasks
Assist with employee relations matters and provide support to managers and employees
Prepare HR reports and assist with HR projects as needed
Skills required:
Experience of working in a HR or Recruitment role/department
Knowledge of HR functions
CIPD level 3 or willingness to work towards
Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure with good attention to detail
