What you’ll do at Deel
1. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value
2. Manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell and cross-sell using cross-departmental expertise as primary resources
3. Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfilment
4. Proactively engage cross-functionally to bring new product development, client engagement and competitive intelligence strategies to the larger team
5. Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets
6. Maintain accurate SFDC data: accounts, opportunities, pipeline and forecasts
7. Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
8. Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience
9. Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
Some key qualifications
10. Located in EMEA
11. 3+ years of closing sales experience, with a minimum of 2 year selling into the Israel market
12. A proven track record of developing a greenfield territory and expanding business
13. SFDC proficiency
14. Experience in cross-functional teams to ensure Customer Success and satisfaction
15. Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility
16. Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew
