* I have at least 3 years of experience in platform/infrastructure support.
* I have proven experience managing Active Directory, SCCM, and SolarWinds.
* I possess hands-on experience with PowerShell and Python for automation scripting.
* I have a fundamental understanding of networking concepts and network storage systems.
* I have exposure to VDI platforms such as VMware, Citrix, or Hyper-V.
* I am familiar with ITSM tools.
* While not essential, exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is desirable.
* ITIL or MCSE certification is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
* I will monitor platform infrastructure for performance and availability, responding to alerts and incidents as they occur.
* I will provide 2nd/3rd line support for enterprise systems, including Active Directory, SCCM, SolarWinds, and VDI environments.
* I am responsible for troubleshooting and resolving platform issues and escalating them to other technical teams when necessary.
* I will develop and update support documentation, including troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
* I will provide hands-on support with automation scripts, workflows, and monitoring tools.
